Job Summary

We are seeking a

senior-level Interior Designer / Architect

with 4 to 7 years of professional experience in spatial design for commercial environments, exhibitions, and cultural or museum spaces. The ideal candidate thrives in both concept and execution, is fluent in storytelling through spatial design, and can lead projects from ideation to on-site execution with creative and technical finesse.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design and development of interior architecture projects across exhibitions, commercial spaces, and cultural installations. Translate brand narratives and curatorial briefs into innovative and functional spatial layouts. Prepare and present design concepts, mood boards, 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and detailed construction drawings. Oversee on-site execution, material selection, fabrication processes, and installation supervision. Collaborate with visual designers, fabricators, lighting consultants, and AV integrators to deliver cohesive environments. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure design intent and timelines are met. Stay updated on global trends in interior architecture, material innovation, and experiential space design.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture. 4-7 years of hands-on experience in interior and spatial design, especially in commercial, cultural, or public projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and visualization tools like 3ds Max, Rhino, or Enscape. Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling ability in space design. Good understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, detailing, and construction practices. Strong communication skills and project leadership experience on-site and off-site.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

Experience with scenography, wayfinding, and interactive installations. Exposure to public art or heritage projects, or work with government institutions. Awareness of sustainable materials, circular design, and modular construction.
