Key Responsibilities: Interior Design Duties:
Meet clients to understand design requirements, tastes, budgets, and lifestyle needs.
Develop mood boards, layout plans, 2D/3D visualizations, and working drawings.
Suggest materials, finishes, color palettes, lighting, and furniture.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site engineers to ensure quality execution.
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project timelines.
Ensure projects align with design intent and client expectations.
Architecture Duties:
Create architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
Prepare site layouts and structural designs in coordination with civil engineers.
Understand and apply building codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
Participate in on-site supervision, quality checks, and project coordination.
Optimize designs for functionality, space utilization, ventilation, and natural light.
