We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented
3D Interior Designer & Visualizer
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for interior design, excellent creative skills, and the ability to produce high-quality 3D renders and design concepts. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing interior design solutions and transforming them into realistic 3D visualizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop interior design concepts based on client requirements and company standards.
Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, walkthroughs, and animations.
Prepare mood boards, material selections, and layout plans.
Collaborate with the design team, architects, and project managers.
Revise and update designs according to feedback.
Ensure timely delivery of design presentations and renderings.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a 3D designer, interior designer, or visualizer.
Proficiency in software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Lumion, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and lighting.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Portfolio showcasing previous 3D interior visualization work (required).
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
Experience in residential or commercial interior design projects.
