Job Title: Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer

Experience: 3-7 Years

?20,000 - ?35,000 per month (Negotiable based on portfolio)

Karkhana , secunderabad , Telangana

Role Objective :

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with advanced 3D visualization skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming conceptual ideas into high-end photorealistic renders and cinematic walkthroughs. Proficiency in 3ds Max and Lumion is a mandatory requirement for this role.

Key Responsibilities

3D Modeling & Rendering:

Create high-quality 3D interior models using 3ds Max. Apply realistic textures, materials, and lighting to produce photorealistic images.

Walkthroughs:

Develop fluid, high-quality video walkthroughs using Lumion to provide clients with an immersive experience of the proposed design.

Space Planning:

Design functional and aesthetic layouts for residential and commercial projects, ensuring optimal use of space.

Technical Drawings:

Prepare detailed 2D floor plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD for site execution.

Material Selection:

Stay updated on market trends to suggest appropriate furniture, fixtures, lighting, and finishes.

Collaboration

: Work closely with the lead architect and site supervisors to ensure the design intent is maintained during the construction phase

Client Presentations:

Prepare and present compelling design mood boards and 3D presentations to clients, incorporating feedback efficiently.

Technical Skills Required :

Expert Level: 3ds Max (Modeling/V-Ray or Corona) and Lumion (Walkthroughs/Rendering).

Proficient: AutoCAD (2D Drafting) and Adobe Photoshop (Post-production).

Added Advantage: Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or Rhino.

Qualifications & Experience :

Education: Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in a design firm or studio.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality interior renders and at least 2-3 video walkthroughs is mandatory.

Soft Skills :

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to technical details
