The Role

We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Interior Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about visualizing and bringing design concepts to life through high-quality 3D modelling and rendering. This role requires a strong technical skill set combined with a keen eye for design aesthetics, detail, and spatial understanding.

Key Responsibilities

3D Modelling & Visualization: Create detailed 3D models of interior spaces,
furniture, fixtures, and architectural elements based on 2D drawings, sketches,

and design specifications.

Rendering & Texturing: Produce photo-realistic renderings and visualizations
using appropriate software (e.g., Enscape, Lumion). Apply textures, lighting,

and finishes to achieve high visual accuracy.

Design Collaboration: Work closely with the lead interior designers and
architects to understand project requirements, design intent, and client

feedback.

Space Planning: Assist in space planning and layout development to ensure
functionality and optimal use of space.

Material Selection: Collaborate on selecting appropriate materials, finishes,
lighting, and furniture to enhance the design concept.

Documentation: Prepare and manage design documentation, including floor
plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings, ensuring accuracy and

alignment with 3D models.

Portfolio Management: Maintain and update a high-quality portfolio of
rendered projects.

Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest trends in interior design, 3D
visualization technology, and design software.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a
related field from a recognized institution.

Software Proficiency (Mandatory):
o AutoCAD

o SketchUp (or Revit/Rhino)

o Enscape, Lumion (for rendering)

o Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)

Experience: Previous internship experience or up to 1-2 years of professional
experience in 3D modelling/visualization is preferred, but fresh graduates with

an outstanding academic portfolio are encouraged to apply.

Design Skills:
o Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, lighting, and

spatial dynamics.

o A meticulous eye for detail and aesthetics.

o Ability to interpret and translate 2D designs into accurate 3D

visualizations.

Soft Skills:
o Excellent communication and presentation skills.

o Strong time management and organizational abilities, with the capacity

to manage multiple deadlines.

o A collaborative and proactive attitude toward teamwork

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
