Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Interior Designer and 3D Visualizer

to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and visualizing interior spaces that align with client requirements and brand aesthetics. The role combines creative design skills with technical 3D visualization expertise to bring design concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:Interior Design:

Develop creative design concepts, layouts, and presentations for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget. Prepare mood boards, material boards, and color schemes. Create detailed drawings, furniture layouts, and design specifications. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design implementation aligns with concept. Stay updated with design trends, materials, and technology.

3D Visualization:

Produce high-quality 3D renderings and walkthroughs for design presentations. Convert 2D plans and sketches into realistic 3D visuals. Optimize rendering for lighting, materials, and textures to achieve photorealistic output. Work closely with designers to translate concepts into accurate 3D models. Maintain libraries of 3D models, textures, and materials.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Interior Design / Architecture / Fine Arts

or related field. Proven experience (min. 2 years) as an Interior Designer and 3D Visualizer. Strong proficiency in:

Design software:

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (optional), Photoshop

Visualization software:

3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, or similar Excellent sense of aesthetics, color, and materials. Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and presentation skills. Attention to detail and a passion for design innovation. Immediate joiners -preferred
