Be Collective is seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Architect at Be Collective, you will play a key role in the design and development of innovative architectural projects. From conceptualization to construction, you will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional architectural solutions that meet the highest standards of design excellence and functionality.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and vision for architectural projects.

- Develop conceptual designs, sketches, and drawings that reflect the client's requirements and design intent.

- Utilize architectural software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models.

- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess existing conditions and gather relevant information for project planning and design.

- Coordinate with engineering consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and project specifications.

- Prepare and present design proposals, presentations, and documentation to clients and project stakeholders.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.

- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff members, interns, and architectural team members.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

- 1-2 years of experience working in architectural design and project management roles.

- Proficiency in architectural software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion /Enscape and Adobe Creative Suite.

- Strong design sensibility and ability to translate design concepts into compelling visual representations.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.

- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED certification is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
