Job Responsibilities:

Create detailed

2D drawings and layouts

using AutoCAD or equivalent tools. Develop realistic and high-quality

3D visualizations/renders

for client presentations using

3Ds Max, SketchUp

, Lumion, or similar software. Understand client requirements and translate them into creative and functional interior designs. Coordinate with project managers, carpenters, and vendors to ensure design implementation on-site. Prepare mood boards, material selections, and color palettes. Modify and revise designs as per client and project team feedback. Visit project sites for measurements, execution review, and progress reporting. Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and assist in cost estimation based on designs. Ensure that design concepts meet project timelines and budgets.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture. Minimum

2 years of hands-on experience

in interior design (residential or commercial). Proficiency in

AutoCAD (2D)

and a

3D design software

(SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Lumion, etc.). Good knowledge of materials, space planning, and design trends. Ability to manage multiple projects and handle design revisions quickly. Strong communication and client interaction skills. Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
