Role Overview
We are seeking a
Creative Head
with strong expertise in
interior design and 3D visualization
to lead our creative team. This role is ideal for a design leader who can set creative direction, mentor talent, and ensure every project reflects Daftar Decor's design philosophy and quality standards.
You will oversee design ideation, visual storytelling, and execution--while collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to deliver outstanding interior design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership & Team Management
Lead and manage a team of interior designers, 3D visualizers, and creative professionals
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design concepts and visual outputs
Foster a collaborative, innovative, and performance-driven creative culture
Design Direction & Concept Development
Define and oversee creative strategies and design concepts across projects
Ensure all designs align with client requirements, brand identity, and company vision
3D Visualization & Presentation
Drive the creation of high-quality 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and presentations
Ensure visual storytelling effectively communicates design intent to clients
Client Collaboration
Engage with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and functional needs
Translate client insights into compelling and practical design solutions
Project Coordination & Quality Control
Work closely with design, technical, and project management teams for smooth execution
Maintain exceptional standards of design quality and visual excellence
Innovation & Trend Awareness
Stay updated on design trends, materials, technologies, and global best practices
Introduce fresh ideas and innovative approaches across projects
Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
3-5 years in interior design and 3D visualization, with leadership exposure
