3D Visualizer - Interior Design (Hotels & Residences)

Location: Ahmedabad- Sindhubhavan

Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented

3D Visualizer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating

photorealistic 3D renders

and

visualizations

that bring our hotel and residential interior projects to life. You will work closely with designers and project managers to translate concepts, mood boards, and CAD drawings into visually stunning presentations for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop

high-quality 3D visuals and photorealistic renderings

for hotel and residential interior projects. Create accurate

3D models

from architectural plans, CAD drawings, sketches, or mood boards. Apply materials, textures, lighting, and finishes to achieve realistic output. Collaborate with the interior design team to ensure the design intent is translated into visuals. Work on

walkthroughs, animations, and VR presentations

when required. Handle

post-production

work on renders using Photoshop or similar tools. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver outputs within deadlines. Stay updated with the latest trends, rendering techniques, and industry tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in

Interior Design, Architecture, Animation, or related field

.

2-3 years of proven experience

in 3D visualization for interiors (hospitality & residential preferred). Strong portfolio showcasing

photorealistic 3D renders

. Proficiency in:

3ds Max / SketchUp

(modeling)

V-Ray / Corona / Lumion / Enscape

(rendering)

Photoshop, Illustrator

(post-production & presentation) (Optional but preferred) Unreal Engine / Twinmotion for advanced rendering. Strong understanding of

materials, textures, lighting, furniture, and finishes

. Excellent eye for detail, scale, and aesthetics. Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively with design and project teams.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
