About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative

3D Interior & Exterior Visualizer

to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, D5 Render, SketchUp, and AutoCAD, with the ability to create photorealistic renders, walkthroughs, and visual presentations for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop high-quality

3D visualizations, walkthroughs, and animations

for interior and exterior projects. Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project managers to translate concepts into detailed visual outputs. Produce accurate

3D models, textures, lighting, and rendering

using 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, D5 Render, and SketchUp. Work with AutoCAD drawings to create 3D models and ensure dimensional accuracy. Optimize rendering workflows while maintaining a balance between quality and deadlines. Present design ideas and concepts to clients with high-impact visual presentations. Stay updated with the latest rendering techniques, software, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in

3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, D5 Render, SketchUp, and AutoCAD

(mandatory). Strong sense of

aesthetics, color, composition, and detailing

in interiors and exteriors. Experience in creating

realistic lighting, shading, and material applications

. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, layouts, and design briefs. Good knowledge of post-production techniques (Photoshop or equivalent). Excellent

time management and teamwork

skills to meet tight deadlines. Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, or related field (preferred).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Knowledge of

Unreal Engine / Lumion / Blender

for real-time rendering. Basic video editing and presentation skills. VR/AR visualization experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
