Job Profile: 3D Visualizer

Location: Ahmedabad, India

Salary Range: Rs. 10,000 - 35,000 per month

Role Overview:

A 3D Visualizer is a creative and technically skilled professional responsible for transforming design concepts into high-quality 3D renderings, models, and animations. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of lighting, textures, and materials to produce realistic visual presentations. The 3D Visualizer collaborates closely with architects, designers, and marketing teams to bring projects to life.

Key Responsibilities:

1. 3D Modeling and Rendering:

- Create detailed 3D models and renderings from architectural plans and design concepts.

- Develop photorealistic visuals using advanced rendering techniques.

2. Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with architects, designers, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

- Communicate effectively to ensure alignment on design concepts and visual outputs.

3. Animation and Visualization:

- Produce animations and walkthroughs to demonstrate design concepts and project features.

- Utilize storytelling techniques to enhance the impact of visual presentations.

4. Material and Texture Application:

- Apply appropriate materials and textures to models to achieve realistic results.

- Adjust lighting and shading to enhance the visual appeal of renderings.

5. Technical Expertise and Innovation:

- Stay updated with the latest 3D visualization software and industry trends.

- Experiment with new techniques and tools to improve the quality and efficiency of visual outputs.

6. Quality Assurance:

- Ensure all visual outputs meet high standards of quality and accuracy.

- Conduct thorough reviews and revisions based on feedback from stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. Educational Background:

- A degree or diploma in Architecture, Design, Computer Graphics, or a related field is preferred.

2. Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or similar tools.

- Strong understanding of rendering software like V-Ray, Lumion, or Corona Renderer.

- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, for post-production work.

3. Experience:

- Previous experience as a 3D Visualizer or in a similar role is advantageous.

- A portfolio showcasing a range of 3D visualizations and animations.

4. Core Competencies:

- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

- Strong understanding of lighting, materials, and textures.

- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.

5. Soft Skills:

- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
