Job Summary:

We are looking for a

creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer

to lead design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, excellent project management abilities, and a deep understanding of materials, space planning, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead interior design projects independently from concept development to final execution. Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints. Prepare design concepts, mood boards, space layouts, and 3D renderings. Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories that align with the design theme. Prepare working drawings and detailed specifications for contractors and vendors. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained. Supervise on-site implementation and resolve design or execution challenges. Manage multiple projects and ensure delivery within timeline and budget. Mentor junior designers and oversee their design deliverables. Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Minimum

5-8 years

of experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality interiors. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and rendering software (Lumion/3ds Max). Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills. Strong project management and team leadership abilities. Eye for detail and creative problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of sustainable design practices. Experience in vendor management and cost estimation. Strong aesthetic sense and design innovation.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
