Discuss with director's business plan in first week of every month and make sure plan will be implement in ground 10lac to 50lac projects in a month.
Identify the competitor and business trends of the business, dealing with commercial business opportunities.
To monitor and develop existing project business and to create new revenues along with assuming responsibility for the overall project business in the area.
To provide solutions to project customers with an effective coordination with the design team.
Ensuring clients and management are satisfied with the proposed marketing campaigns.
Determining marketing campaign budgets and ensuring that all staff adheres to them.
Make customers and clients satisfied with our design layout.
Managing and supervising marketing projects from beginning to end.
Discuss for Quotation and BOQ with our concern team.
The Management will expect you to work with a high standard of initiative, efficiency and economy.
You will devote your entire time to the work of the Company and will not undertake any direct/indirect business or work, honorary or remunerator except with the written permission of the management in each case.
You shall not seek membership of any local or public bodies without first obtaining written permission from the Management.
