Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Interior Design Sales Advisor to assist the sales team in understanding client design requirements and recommending suitable decor products. Since the sales team focuses on selling and may not have design expertise, and designers may not be skilled in sales, this role ensures smooth coordination between both. The advisor will engage with clients, interpret their design needs, present creative options, and guide the sales team in offering the right products.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation:

Engage with clients to understand their space, style, and functional needs before introducing specific products.

Design Support for Sales:

Assist the sales team by presenting relevant design ideas through internet images, sketches, or quick drawings to visualize concepts for clients.

Product Recommendations

: Guide clients toward suitable product categories available in the store, ensuring alignment with their design vision.

Coordination Between Sales & Design:

Act as a bridge between the design requirement of client and sales staff, ensuring that client requirements are translated into appropriate product selections.

Adaptation & Customization:

Adjust product recommendations based on client feedback and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience.

Enhancing Customer Experience:

Create an engaging and informative shopping experience that boosts client confidence in their design choices.
