We are seeking a smart, dynamic, and results-driven
Interior Design Sales Executive
specializing in promoting and selling speaker systems and audio solutions for interior spaces. The ideal candidate should be ambitious, self-motivated, and passionate about achieving sales targets while building strong client relationships in the interior and construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate, qualify, and manage leads from interior designers, architects, contractors, and residential/commercial clients.
Conduct field visits and site inspections to understand customer requirements.
Present, demonstrate, and promote speaker products, audio systems, and related interior integration solutions.
Work closely with designers to suggest optimal speaker placement and audio layouts.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong follow-ups, ensuring timely communication and high customer satisfaction.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
Coordinate with the technical/installation team to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Qualifications:
3-5 years of sales experience in interiors, construction materials, home automation, or audio-visual solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English and Kannada, knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
Highly motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
Ability to understand interior design concepts and basic technical aspects of speaker installation.
Willingness to spend significant time in fieldwork and site visits.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
