We are hiring for Interior design salesExecutive

Qualification - 12 th or Graduation
Experience- Minimum 6 Months Experience (real estate, interior designing sales)
Language - English , Hindi and Kannada Mandatory
Package - Upto 35k + incentives + fuel allowanceTiming - 9.30am to 5.30pm
Working day- Monday to Saturday
Gender - Male
Two wheeler Mandatory
Field sales
Age - Below 45

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Consultant to join our interior design team. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with a keen eye for design, a deep understanding of customer needs, and a strong ability to convert leads into successful projects. You will play a critical role in acquiring new clients, understanding their design requirements, and delivering tailored solutions that align with their aesthetic and budget.

Key Responsibilities:



- Client Acquisition & Lead Generation:

Identify and engage prospective residential, commercial, and retail clients through outbound efforts and inbound digital channels (website, social media, online campaigns).

Sales Conversion:

Qualify and convert online inquiries into consultations and successful project closures via calls, chats, and virtual or in-person meetings.

Consultation & Needs Assessment

Conduct detailed discussions with clients to understand their design vision, functional requirements, and space utilization needs.

Solution Presentation:

Present design concepts, customized proposals, material options, and pricing in a compelling and client-focused manner.

Sales Performance:

Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Project Coordination:

Collaborate with the design and execution teams to ensure seamless handovers and timely project delivery.

Market Awareness:

Stay informed about the latest design trends, competitive offerings, and emerging materials and solutions in the interior design industry.

Requirements:



Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Passion for interiors, architecture, or design

Ability to understand and translate client needs into creative solutions

Proven sales experience, preferably in design, real estate, or luxury products

Comfortable using CRM tools and digital channels to manage leads
