Qualification:

Bachelor's

degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture or related field preferred

Key Skills:

Lead generation, Strong sales & communication skills, Coordination & product management skills

Salary:

20 - 25k + Incentives

Male candidates

preferred. Drive sales at assigned studio, acting as an independent entrepreneur. 10+ successful client showroom visits/month. 5+ confirmed business conversions/month. Guide clients on product choices with strong interior design aesthetics knowledge. Generate 25 qualified leads/month through data, references, and outreach. Convert 15+ leads into projects/orders monthly. Coordinate with operations team on order delivery, purchase, sales tracking, and payments. Support other studios for seamless customer service. Experience in sales, interior design, or related field. Knowledge of building interior products (plywood, hardware, furnishing, furniture, etc.). Strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
