Develop interior concepts, mood boards, and material palettes aligned with project vision.
Prepare GFC and detailed working drawings.
Material Selection & BOQ:
Prepare material specifications, vendor coordination, and BOQs.
Ensure all selections meet client's quality and budget expectations.
3D Visualization Coordination:
Collaborate with 3D visualizers for accurate renders.
Review renders for design accuracy before client presentation.
Client Coordination:
Attend client meetings, note requirements, and ensure feedback implementation.
Maintain all approvals and documentation in project files.
Execution Support:
Support site engineers with design clarifications and drawing updates.
Conduct site visits as and when required for design implementation checks.

Quality of design concepts
Client satisfaction & repeat feedback
Accuracy in material selection & BOQ
Timely coordination with 3D & site team
Presentation and documentation quality
