NVT Desing Studio a Turnkey Interior designing firm is inviting applications from smart and proactive purchase executives to support the purchase and procurement function within our interior design and project execution operations. The role involves sourcing and purchasing materials, furniture, fittings, equipment, and services required for interior projects. Responsibilities include issuing purchase orders, negotiating with vendors, maintaining records, tracking deliveries, resolving supply issues, and ensuring timely material availability at project sites.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Prepare and issue purchase orders by verifying material specifications, pricing, and required quantities. Source and evaluate new vendors, products, materials, and service providers suitable for interior design and project requirements. Obtain recommendations and identify suitable substitute materials when needed based on availability, specification, and cost efficiency. Conduct detailed market research on products, vendors, and services, comparing price, quality, reliability, and delivery timelines to ensure the best value. Negotiate rates, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure optimal pricing and favourable terms. Coordinate closely with project execution, site, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to project locations. Monitor vendor performance, maintain vendor databases, and strengthen supplier relationships. Maintain accurate purchase records, invoices, delivery challans, and documentation for audit and project tracking.

Desired Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of purchase and procurement operations. Experience working with vendors and contractors in interior/architecture/project environments preferred. Good computer skills - Excel, Word, Outlook. Strong negotiation, coordination, and vendor management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Basic Qualification Required:

Bachelor's Degree.

Experience Level Required:

2-4 Years (preferably in interior design, construction, contracting, real estate, or related industries).

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
