Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Design Manager

to lead and manage our interior design team. The role involves overseeing project design from concept to execution, ensuring innovation, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design team in developing interior concepts, layouts, and finishes for residential, commercial, and retail projects. Coordinate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into creative design solutions. Review and approve all design presentations, drawings, material selections, and BOQs. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and site engineers to ensure seamless execution. Monitor design quality, compliance with standards, and adherence to timelines. Guide team members, conduct design reviews, and ensure innovation and aesthetics in deliverables. Manage vendors and suppliers for sourcing materials and finishes. Stay updated with global design trends, materials, and technologies.

Skills Required:

Strong design sense with knowledge of materials, finishes, and trends Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office Leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and client presentation skills Time management and multitasking across projects

Preferred:

Experience in luxury interiors or turnkey projects Knowledge of sustainable and green design practices
