Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented

Revit Architect

with experience in

landscape and interior design

to join our team in

Dubai

. The candidate should be proficient in

Autodesk Revit

and have a strong understanding of

UAE authority requirements

, including

Dubai Municipality (DM)

,

Trakhees

,

DDA

,

DEWA

, and others. The role involves developing Revit models and producing detailed drawings for

interior spaces, outdoor environments, and public realm projects

.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Documentation:

Develop 3D Revit models and 2D drawings for

landscape and interior design projects

. Produce

detailed drawings

for tender, authority submissions, and construction documentation. Collaborate with design leads to translate conceptual ideas into

technical BIM models

. Integrate hardscape, softscape, irrigation, lighting, and FF&E elements into landscape packages. Work on interior layouts including finishes, ceilings, joinery, furniture, and lighting.
Coordination & BIM:

Coordinate with structural, MEP, and architectural teams using Revit and BIM 360 workflows. Maintain model accuracy and consistency across disciplines and project phases. Participate in

clash detection

using Navisworks or similar tools. Ensure compliance with

UAE codes and standards

for interiors (Civil Defense, Green Building, DDA) and landscaping (DM, Trakhees).
Authority Submissions:

Assist with preparing and compiling documents for approvals from

Dubai Municipality

,

DDA

,

Trakhees

, and other relevant bodies. Modify designs per authority feedback and ensure timely resubmissions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape Architecture, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of UAE/GCC experience working on

interior and/or landscape design projects

. Expert in

Autodesk Revit

; proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM 360, Navisworks, and Adobe Suite is preferred. Experience in

Enscape, Lumion, or Twinmotion

for rendering is an advantage. Familiarity with

Dubai/UAE regulatory standards

, particularly for interiors (Civil Defense, DM) and landscapes (DM, Trakhees). Good understanding of

specifications

for both indoor and outdoor environments. Strong communication and organizational skills; able to manage multiple deadlines. UAE driving license is a plus. SOE Membership is an advantage but not mandatory.
