Education:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in

Interior Design, Architecture

, or a related discipline. Develop detailed

concept designs

working drawings

in line with project briefs.

Experience:

3-4 years of professional experience in

residential, commercial, or hospitality interior projects

.

Technical Proficiency:

Skilled in

AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop

, and

MS Office

.

Design Aptitude:

Strong visualization, detailing, and aesthetic sense with a keen eye for accuracy.

Soft Skills:

Excellent coordination, time management, and client-handling abilities.

Work Approach:

Ability to manage multiple projects independently and deliver under deadlines. Prepare

layout plans, furniture arrangements

, and

3D visualizations

to effectively communicate the design intent. Create

Bills of Quantities (BOQs)

, define

material specifications

, and coordinate procurement within approved budgets. Maintain consistent and proactive

communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams

to ensure satisfaction, quality, and timely delivery.
