Qualifications

M. ARCH, B.ARCH , Degree in Interior Design, Diploma in Interior Design.

Prior teaching experience at the college/university level (can be part-time or adjunct). Proficiency in design software and digital presentation tools.

Position Summary:

Bonfire Institute of Design is seeking a passionate and experienced Interior Design professional to join our faculty team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate/graduate courses in Interior Design, mentoring students, participating in curriculum development, and contributing to the academic and creative environment of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach a range of studio, lecture, and seminar courses in Interior Design (e.g., Design Studios, Space Planning, CAD/3D Modeling, Lighting Design, Materials and Finishes). Develop course syllabi, lesson plans, and instructional materials in accordance with departmental and institutional standards. Foster a dynamic, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment. Advise and mentor students on academic, professional, and portfolio development. Participate in curriculum planning, assessment, and accreditation activities. Engage in scholarly, creative, or professional development activities in the field of Interior Design. Contribute to departmental initiatives, committee service, and other institutional activities. Stay current with industry standards, technologies, trends, and software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite). Encourage sustainability and ethical design practices in the curriculum.

Pay: ₹10,400.39 - ₹51,157.13 per month
