Job Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical and creative

Interior Design Consultant

to act as a strategic advisor for our clients. In this role, you will bridge the gap between a client's vision and the technical execution of a project. You won't just choose furniture; you will conduct feasibility studies, evaluate budgets, and provide expert direction on smart-home integration, sustainability, and spatial ROI. You are the "architect of intent" who ensures that every design choice aligns with the client's long-term lifestyle or business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Consultation:

Conduct high-level discovery sessions to define project scope, brand identity (for commercial), and aesthetic "DNA."

Feasibility & Analysis:

Evaluate existing architectural plans or physical spaces to determine the potential and limitations of a design before construction begins.

Aesthetic Direction:

Develop comprehensive design "Blueprints" including mood boards, material palettes, and color stories that set the tone for the entire project.

Sourcing & Procurement Advisory:

Research and recommend high-quality vendors, sustainable materials, and "Smart-Home" technologies.

Budget Optimization:

Provide cost-benefit analyses for different design paths, ensuring clients maximize their investment without compromising on quality.

Compliance & Safety Oversight:

Advise on local building codes, ADA/accessibility standards, and 2026 fire safety regulations.

Vendor Liaison:

Act as the client's representative when communicating with contractors and specialized designers to ensure the original vision remains intact.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

1+ years in interior design, architecture, or design project management.

Education:

Any Bachelor's degree (Interior Design or Architecture. Professional certification (e.g., NCIDQ, ASID) is highlywill be added advantage.)

Tech-Savvy:

Proficiency in

AutoCAD

and

SketchUp

is required, but must also be comfortable with

VR/AR presentation tools

and

Project Management software

(e.g., Asana, Ivy, or CoConstruct).

Communication:

Elite-level presentation and negotiation skills. You must be able to explain the why behind a design, not just the what*.

Industry Knowledge:

Deep understanding of 2026 trends, including

Biophilic design

,

Net-Zero materials

, and

AI-integrated home systems

.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
