Job Description

3D Visualizer - Responsibilities

1. 3D Modelling & Rendering

Create high-quality 3D models of interiors based on design concepts, sketches, and CAD drawings.

Produce photorealistic renders for presentations and client approvals.

Ensure all models reflect accurate dimensions, materials, lighting, and textures.

2. Concept Visualization

Translate mood boards, reference images, and design ideas into detailed 3D visual concepts.

Help designers explore multiple design options through quick conceptual renders.

3. Collaboration With Design Team

Work closely with senior and junior designers to understand layout, theme, materials, and design intent.

Make modifications to visuals based on design team or client feedback.

4. Material, Texture & Lighting Knowledge

Apply realistic textures, finishes, and materials as per project requirements.

Set up proper lighting to enhance realism and match the desired ambience.

5. Software Expertise

Use 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp

Maintain organized 3D model libraries, textures, and render presets.

6. Working Drawings & Coordination

Coordinate with CAD/drafting team to ensure 3D models match working drawings.

Update visuals when drawings or site conditions change.

7. Presentation Preparation

Help prepare final presentation boards and imagery for clients.

8. Time & Quality Management

Deliver renders within timelines without compromising on quality.

Manage multiple projects at once and maintain consistent output standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
