DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS QUERIES & CONCERNS. : Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets for the retail furniture store. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities. Implement effective sales techniques and provide sales training to the retail sales team. Customer Service and Satisfaction: Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained in the store. Implement feedback mechanisms to measure customer satisfaction and take corrective actions. Floor Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance. Optimize store layout and product placement to enhance the customer shopping experience. Implement effective store policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations. Team Management and Development: Train, and develop a high-performing retail sales team. Set sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for individual team members. Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to enhance the sales team\'s performance. Product Knowledge and Merchandising: Ensure that the sales team possesses in-depth knowledge of furniture products and their features. Train the sales team on product specifications, materials, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers. Collaborate with the marketing department to plan and implement effective merchandising strategies. Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock replenishment to meet customer demands. Market Analysis and Competitor Monitoring: Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth. Provide market feedback to the management team for product development and pricing strategies. Sales and Negotiation Skills: Strong sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, closing deals, and negotiation techniques. The ability to understand customer needs, present value propositions, and overcome objections is crucial in driving sales growth. Leadership and Team Management: Effective leadership skills to inspire and motivate the retail sales team. The ability to set clear goals, provide guidance, and manage performance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and teamwork. Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with excellent customer service skills.
