Job Description

Role Overview

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day supervision of interior construction works, ensuring execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and quality standards. The role requires consistent communication, daily reporting, and weekly planning coordination with the design team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise on-site interior construction activities including demolition, masonry, plastering, ceiling works, carpentry, finishes, and services coordination

2. Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, details, and specifications

3. Monitor quality of workmanship and materials used on site

4. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain progress as per schedule

5. Verify site measurements and quantities for execution and billing support

6. Identify site issues, discrepancies, or deviations and report promptly

7. Ensure basic site safety practices are followed

8. Maintain site records including daily progress updates and photographs

9. Prepare snag lists, monitor rectification works, and support final handover

Reporting and Communication

1. Daily status updates via email or WhatsApp, including work completed, issues encountered, and plan for the next day

2. Weekly coordination calls every Saturday to review progress, align priorities, and plan targets for the upcoming week

Reporting Structure

1. Reports to the Project Architect / Client Representative

2. Coordinates closely with contractors and vendors on site

Required Experience and Skills

1. Prior experience in interior construction or renovation projects

1. Strong understanding of site execution methods, materials, and finishes

2. Ability to read and interpret drawings

3. Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English

4. Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Compensation

To be discussed based on experience and scope of involvement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
