We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Interior Business Development Manager to drive growth initiatives in the office furniture and interior solutions sector. The ideal candidate will excel in lead generation, relationship-building, and closing high-value projects, while delivering an exceptional customer experience and strong market insights.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Proactively generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, digital research, and industry partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, interior designers, corporate clients, and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct presentations, client meetings, and site visits to showcase solutions and offerings.
  • Identify growth opportunities, unexplored market segments, and industry trends.
  • Strengthen long-term client engagement through consistent communication and follow-ups.
Customer Engagement & Store Operations
  • Greet walk-in customers and deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Assess client requirements and recommend suitable furniture and interior solutions.
  • Provide product details, pricing, and customization guidance to facilitate informed decisions.
  • Manage sales transactions, address customer queries, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Support repeat business through relationship management and service excellence.
Operations & Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Collaborate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Maintain organized product displays, store inventory, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Track leads, performance KPIs, and client interactions through CRM tools.
  • Represent the organization at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance visibility and branding.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 5-10 years of proven sales experience in office furniture, interior solutions, or decor retail.
  • Strong expertise in business development, client acquisition, and deal closure.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with fieldwork, industry networking, and direct client interaction.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and basic POS operations.
