Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior BOQ Engineer / Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in interior fit-out and turnkey projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing BOQs, estimating project costs, coordinating with design and project execution teams, and ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and verify Bill of Quantities (BOQ) as per drawings and design specifications. Conduct detailed quantity take-offs for all civil and interior works. Analyze tender drawings, scope of work, and client requirements. Prepare cost estimates, rate analysis, and project budgets. Coordinate with designers, site engineers, and procurement teams for material accuracy. Evaluate vendor quotations and subcontractor pricing. Maintain cost control and variation records during project execution. Prepare interim valuations and final project cost reports. Support management in tendering and bid submissions. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Civil / Interior Design / Architecture. 5-10 years of experience in BOQ preparation and cost estimation for interior fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation tools. Ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and coordination skills. Preferred Background: Experience in corporate offices, retail, and hospitality interiors. Good understanding of modular furniture, electrical, and plumbing quantities.
