Job Description

We are looking for a creative and experienced Interior Designer with a strong background in wedding set design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the execution of elaborate wedding set designs, ensuring they are tailored to each client's theme and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients, wedding planners, and other team members to understand the vision, theme, and requirements for the wedding set. Design intricate and stylish wedding set layouts, incorporating elements like floral arrangements, furniture, props, and decor. Create mood boards, 3D models, and detailed blueprints for set designs. Select materials, finishes, lighting, and color schemes that align with the client's vision while considering functionality and aesthetics. Oversee the construction, setup, and breakdown of the wedding set on-site, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure high-quality design elements are procured and delivered on time. Ensure adherence to the company's design standards and policies, maintaining a consistent brand identity. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table. Ensure the wedding set design complies with safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on event, wedding, or set design. Strong portfolio showcasing creative and elegant wedding set designs. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools. Excellent understanding of color theory, spatial design, lighting, and materials. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Attention to detail and a passion for creativity. Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle high-pressure situations. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with large-scale wedding or event sets. Knowledge of cultural and traditional wedding decor elements. Experience in floral and prop design.
