Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Interior Architect

who can develop innovative design concepts and produce high-quality

2D drawings

and

3D visualizations

. The candidate should be able to handle both design and technical documentation, coordinate with clients, and ensure designs align with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop 2D floor plans, elevations, and detailed working drawings. Create 3D models and realistic renderings using software like 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, or Lumion. Prepare design concepts, mood boards, and presentations. Collaborate with design and project teams for concept development and execution. Coordinate with clients for design approvals and modifications. Ensure all designs comply with architectural standards and space planning principles. Work closely with vendors, site engineers, and contractors for design implementation. Assist in preparing BOQ, material specifications, and documentation. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / Interior Design or related field.

Preferred:

Candidates with experience in residential and commercial interior projects. Ability to manage projects independently from concept to execution. 1-3 years of experience in interior architecture or design. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

. Strong knowledge of design detailing, materials, and finishes. Good visualization, presentation, and communication skills.
