Job Summary:

We are seeking a

confident and design-driven Interior Architect

with a strong command over

space planning and design development

, who can

lead and work alongside a team of interns

, guiding them through the design process while

maintaining quality standards and meeting project timelines

The ideal candidate should be proficient in

both 2D and 3D design

, with the ability to translate client requirements into

well-planned, functional, and aesthetically refined spaces

. This role requires someone who can

independently interact with clients

, understand their vision, and present design solutions with clarity and confidence.

Strong

design thinking, presentation, and communication skills

are essential, as the Interior Architect will play a key role in

building client trust and converting opportunities through design excellence

Key Responsibilities:

Understand client briefs and translate them into functional design solutions Prepare

space planning, 2D drawings, and 3D design concepts

Present designs to clients and manage approvals Coordinate with execution teams for design feasibility Support basic

project evaluation, quantities, and material understanding

Ensure designs align with budget, timelines, and execution

Requirements:

Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Interior Architecture Proficiency in

AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max (or similar tools)

Strong understanding of materials, detailing, and construction methods
