About the Role

JPG Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled

Architect / Interior Designer

to join our team and lead the design and execution of large-scale corporate office projects across Government PSUs throughout India. Key Responsibilities

Design & Documentation

: Prepare comprehensive architectural and interior design drawings, working drawings, and detailed specifications using AutoCAD

Project Execution

: Oversee on-site execution to ensure adherence to design intent, quality standards, and timelines

Renovation & Retrofitting

: Manage interior fit-out, renovation, and retrofit projects with precision and efficiency

Stakeholder Coordination

: Collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, vendors, site teams, government officials, and clients

Technical Management

: Handle BOQs (Bill of Quantities), site measurements, project schedules, material selection, and quality control processes

Site Supervision

: Conduct regular site visits across India to monitor progress and resolve issues
Required Qualifications

Experience

:

5-10 years of proven experience in corporate office interior design and execution Prior experience with government or PSU interior projects is highly preferred

Technical Skills

:

Expert proficiency in

AutoCAD

for detailed working drawings and coordination Strong understanding of interior fit-out works, material specifications, and finishing standards Knowledge of BOQ preparation, site measurements, and project scheduling

Professional Competencies

:

Excellent coordination and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Willingness to travel extensively across India
