Collaborate closely with the architecture and project management teams to ensure a seamless integration of interior design with the overall building plan.
Produce detailed and visually compelling 3D renderings and presentations to communicate design intent to stakeholders.
Source and select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that align with the project budget and design vision.
Prepare and manage detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules for interior works.
Oversee the execution of interior design projects on-site, ensuring quality standards and design specifications are met.
Stay abreast of the latest trends in interior design, materials, and technology to continuously enhance the company's design offerings.
Desired Candidate Profile:
A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience of 5-7 years as an Interior Designer or Interior Architect, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
A strong portfolio showcasing a good eye for design, creativity, and a variety of completed projects.
In-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, and the latest interior design trends.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or other rendering software.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
