:

Presently we are looking for An Architect who could handle interior works in the Apartments & Office spaces within various buildings of QuarkCity. These interiors are customised as per buyer needs. Candidate must know how to capture the requirement and finalise the scope of work. Later furnished spaces are to be handed over within agreed time lines.

We are looking for aesthetic sense and visualization skills. The person should have skill for harmonizing colors, textures, and patterns to create visually appealing spaces that reflect functionality and elegance. Candidate must have a keen eye for detail and the ability to imagine the finished look of a room even beforeit's crafted.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Candidate should have good communication skills to dealwith the clients, to discuss their design requirements and understand their vision.

Create interior designs and highly detailed drawings, both by hand and using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications.

Prepare presentations for clients, using 3D visualization tools to help them see the design.

Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring that they run smoothly and is as per specifications and designs.

Co-ordinate with construction team to meet deadlines.

Ensure that the architectural designs are in compliance with local and national building codes.

The person must have skills to Manage budgets.

He must know how to prepare bill of quantity and priced offers for customised interiors.

Stay up-to-date with the latest building materials and design trends.

Have basic knowledge about MEP services and their coordination.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (CAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar).

0 to 1 year of experience as an Architect.

Ability to think outside the box and strong strategic mindset.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and oral and be able to express ideas and visions clearly both verbally and in writing.

Willing and able to continuously upgrade skills, abilities and knowledge.

Work effectively independently and collaboratively.
