Job Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented

Interior Architect

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, technical proficiency, and experience in handling residential, commercial, or hospitality interior projects from concept to execution.

You will collaborate with our architectural, MEP, landscape, and project management teams to deliver high-quality design solutions and ensure smooth coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Develop

concept designs, mood boards, and layout options

based on client requirements Prepare

detailed drawings

, interior working drawings, sections, elevations, and joinery details Coordinate with architects, structural & MEP teams for integrated design solutions Prepare material specifications, BOQs, and presentation drawings Ensure timely coordination with

vendors, suppliers, contractors, and site engineers

Conduct regular

site visits

to monitor interior work progress and ensure design compliance Assist in preparing 3D visualizations and design presentations Review and approve samples, materials, and finish selections Support the senior architect and project team in end-to-end project delivery Maintain documentation and track project progress

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in

Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design

Master's Degree in Architecture/Interiors (preferred, not mandatory)

Experience

5 years

of relevant experience in Interior Architecture / Interior Design Strong portfolio showcasing completed interior projects Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality interiors preferred Prior experience working with an architectural consultancy is an added advantage

Technical Skills

Proficiency in:

AutoCAD

SketchUp

Revit

(preferred)

Enscape / Lumion

Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator

Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and interior design trends Ability to prepare BOQs, specifications, and working drawings Good understanding of MEP coordination for interiors

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong design sense and attention to detail Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Good time-management and problem-solving abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
