Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design Development:

Conceptualize and develop interior design concepts, including space planning, color schemes, lighting, and material selections.

Client Collaboration:

Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets, ensuring designs meet their expectations.

3.

Design Documentation:

Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and schedules using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.

4.

Project Management:

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely project execution and quality control.

5.

Budget Management:

Assist in managing project budgets, ensuring designs are cost-effective and meet client financial constraints.

6.

Trend Research:

Stay updated on the latest design trends, technologies, and sustainable practices in interior design.

7.

Site Visits:

Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, ensure design implementation, and address any issues.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

2. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design expertise.

Skills:

- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite).

- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and accessibility standards.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
