An Interior Architect at Serein Spaces is responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing interior architectural designs that align with client needs and project goals, focusing on office and workplace environments in Delhi and the NCR region. This role requires expertise in spatial design, material selection, and project management, with a strong emphasis on functionality, aesthetics, and brand identity.?

Key Responsibilities

Develop innovative interior architectural design concepts and plans for office and commercial spaces, ensuring alignment with client requirements and brand values.? Conduct detailed space planning, create layouts, and prepare drawings and specifications using design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.? Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion.? Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings, ensuring compliance with building codes, safety standards, and sustainability practices.? Oversee site inspections, manage project timelines and budgets, and present design proposals to clients, incorporating feedback as needed.? Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards and client satisfaction.?
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.? Proven experience in interior fit-out projects, preferably in workplace or corporate office environments.? Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.) and strong communication skills.? Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously, with a detail-oriented and proactive approach.? Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail, with a focus on enhancing productivity and employee well-being through design.?
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
