Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Interior Designer cum Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for interior design, a strong sense of aesthetics, and excellent communication skills to convert client inquiries into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Planning:

Meet clients to understand their design preferences, lifestyle, and budget. Create conceptual designs, layouts, and 3D visualizations. Prepare mood boards, material selections, and color schemes. Coordinate with the design and execution team for project implementation.
Sales & Client Handling:

Convert walk-in and online leads into potential clients. Explain design concepts, material options, and pricing clearly to clients. Prepare and present quotations, negotiate, and close sales. Maintain follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project.
Project Coordination:

Liaise with vendors, site supervisors, and the execution team to ensure project timelines. Ensure design quality and consistency in project delivery.
Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or Architecture (preferred). 1-3 years of experience in Interior Design and Sales. Strong presentation and communication skills. Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or similar design tools. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
