Job Description

We are urgently looking for a skilled and passionate Architect with strong experience in designing commercial buildings such as schools, malls, showrooms, office buildings, mixed-use developments and residential property development.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in design development, client coordination, site understanding, and handling detailed drawings.

Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in Commercial Projects

Key Responsibilities

Design & Documentation Concept development for commercial and residential projects Preparing GA drawings, layout plans, sections & elevations Producing detailed drawings, working drawings and 3D coordination Ensuring design accuracy as per standards and site conditions Coordinating with visualisers, draftsmen & project team Project & Client Coordination Attending site visits, surveys and technical meetings Understanding client requirements & providing design solutions Preparing design presentations & revising concepts as required

Technical Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp / Revit, and basic rendering tools Good understanding of building codes, standards & bye-laws Knowledge of materials, detailing, services and construction methods

Required Skills

Strong portfolio in commercial buildings Ability to work under timelines Good communication & presentation skills Team coordination and problem-solving attitude

Salary & Benefits
