With over 1 billion players already reached, your work will contribute to our shared mission of making the most fun games for the world's players.Join the team!As we continue to grow, we are now looking for an Interim HR Manager to join our HR team.The Interim HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimising all core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS management, compliance, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle activities. You will work closely with the IT, Admin, and Finance teams. Together you will ensure smooth HR service delivery while aligning processes with the needs of a dynamic gaming environment.This is a fixed-term contract for an initial period of 3 months, based in our Bangalore office, with the potential for extension depending on business needs. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exits
  • Manage HR documentation including offer letters, employment contracts, and exit formalities
  • Maintain and continuously improve HR systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll, attendance)
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll inputs in coordination with Finance
  • Oversee benefits administration (health insurance, gratuity, leave policies)
  • Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and maintain accurate statutory records
  • Drive automation and process improvements using tools like BambooHR
  • Track HR metrics and generate reports on headcount, attrition, and leave trends
  • Act as the primary contact for employee HR queries
  • Collaborate on engagement initiatives, onboarding experiences, and policy rollouts
Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in tech or gaming
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and compliance requirements
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and urgency
