Sales Representative - Intergrow Brands Pvt LtdRole Summary:Responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring full market coverage, maintaining retailer relationships, and executing trade schemes to maximize business results.Key Responsibilities:- Visit all assigned outlets daily as per route plan and open new ones.- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure effective scheme execution.- Take accurate orders, coordinate billing and delivery.- Build and maintain strong retailer relationships.- Handle merchandising, monitor competitor activity, and report insights.- Use company mobile app for order entry, tracking, and daily reporting.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree preferred.- Strong communication and arithmetic skills.- Familiar with sales mobile apps and reporting tools.- Fluency in Tamil (English an advantage).What We Offer:- Competitive salary with health insurance and ESI.- Travelling & Daily Allowance (TA/DA).- Supportive, inclusive, and growth-oriented work culture.
