Eligibility & Qualifications
MD (Anesthesia) / DA
Proven experience in ICU & critical care management
Strong leadership, clinical judgment, and emergency handling skills
Ability to guide junior doctors and ICU teams
Key Responsibilities
Independent management of ICU patients
Leadership in critical decision-making and emergency care
Supervision and mentoring of ICU medical & nursing staff
Coordination with multi-disciplinary consultants
Ensuring clinical protocols, patient safety, and quality standards
