Diagnose and manage life-threatening conditions in the ICU.
Perform invasive procedures such as intubation, central line placement, and thoracentesis.
Develop and implement individualized care plans for critically ill patients.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
Provide support and guidance to ICU nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
Educate and train medical students, residents, and fellows in critical care practices.
Participate in on-call rotations and provide emergency care as needed.
