We are looking for

two experienced Intensivists

to join our critical care team. The ideal candidates should have expertise in managing critically ill patients and a strong background in intensive care medicine.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

MBBS + IDCCM (Indian Diploma in Critical Care Medicine) OR MBBS with substantial critical care experience.

Experience:

Relevant experience in ICU/Critical Care management.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert medical care to critically ill patients in the ICU. Lead and coordinate with the ICU team, including nurses and RMOs, to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Manage ventilator support, hemodynamic monitoring, and other critical care procedures. Assess and implement appropriate treatment plans based on patient conditions. Collaborate with consultants and specialists for comprehensive patient management. Supervise junior doctors and medical staff, ensuring adherence to ICU protocols. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure timely documentation.
