Key Responsibilities

IA Center of Excellence

  • You would be managing the Intelligent Automation COE focused on running and maintaining existing automations delivered, identify opportunities, and pilot modern solutions to improve business performance
  • You would be a change agent promoting an automation culture and evangelize the offerings of IA program and value of automation tools.
  • You would own management of applicable Firm-wide frameworks and policies for controlled automation deliveries and Work through business unit leaders and IT Leadership team to define, design, configure, test, deploy, and integrate new, modified, and/or enhanced automations. You would be responsible and accountable for maintaining the IA Solution Library
  • Lead automation opportunity identification and assessment activities including tracking, repairing and reporting defects. Create and maintain documentation to support role responsibilities for training, cross-training, and disaster recovery. Serve as a final escalation point for automation execution and issues
  • Monitor and maintain license utilization and subscriptions. Lead and/or participate in the development process, including constructing and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable code with robotic process automation software and tools. Coordinate sign-off approvals by business and/or technical staff to certify successful results of milestone deliverable(s) or phase completion, including program development and deployment
  • Participates in the QA of solutions to ensure features and functions have been enabled and optimized. Evaluate evolving products or latest cognitive technologies to reinforce product offering. Lead Proof-Of-Concepts with individual teams using self-service digital tools such as UiPath and Xceptor

  • Develops personas either alone or in conjunction with a team including user experience experts.
Key Skills & Attributes
  • Bachelor\'s Degree with 10 - 12 years\' experience including minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or loan servicing work, preferably for commercial lending or experience in a Back office/Financial industry
  • Candidates with knowledge of loan systems like Loan IQ, ACBS will be an added advantage. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Advanced technical, analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Strong problem solving and investigative skills to undertake analysis, resolve issues/problems related to the process Knowledge of investment banking products including Loans
  • Proven track record and experience in driving medium to large sized projects with strong results. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. Engage and collaborate with leadership team locally and globally
  • Play a key part in driving innovation and digitization agenda for India and global teams. Experience leading and developing top-performing teams
