INTELLIGENCE, MANAGER

Who We Are Looking For

Crisis24 is hiring an Intelligence Manager based in our office in Bangalore, India, to join our Embedded Intelligence Services Division. The role will be to support the needs of various clients, delivering bespoke intelligence to support specific requirements as directed. The managerial functions of the role will include triaging client requests, scoping and managing projects, client engagements, cross-functional support, and administrative duties.

This is a fusion role, primarily to support a 24/7 team of global analysts under the direction of an intelligence manager based in the United States. This will be alongside other duties as required as a primary point of contact for Crisis24's intelligence functions in India.

This position will involve weekend and shift work as standard. This is a hybrid role with regular office attendance required.

What You Will Work On

Support a 24/7 team of global analysts in providing timely, comprehensive, customized intelligence products to inform decision makers and support various client security functions and requirements:

Liaise with clients and prospective clients to understand their intelligence requirements Translate client requirements into scopes of work and deliverable intelligence products, including allocating resources and time Manage relationships with client stakeholders to address issues or proactively suggest improvements to intelligence support Triage client requests across the entire lifecycle, including responding to initial requests, clarifying requirements, allocating work, and delivering the final product Support team metrics production and analytics Provide administrative support to team members, including training, mentoring, professional development, and shift scheduling Conduct open-source intelligence collection for active and developing threats to client travelers, assets, and operations Gather, assess, and disseminate analysis on regional trends, events, and global security threats, the likelihood and to what degree that they will affect the client travelers, assets, and operations Actively monitor open-source media, third-party subscription services, and other sources in real time for issues that could affect business operations and personnel Produce bespoke itinerary-based threat assessments covering travel, sites, and locations Be responsible for the production and delivery of regular cadence intelligence reports (Daily/weekly/monthly) Conduct social media monitoring for threats to individuals and brand reputation, and investigations into persons of interest Manage client expectations by understanding the EIS team's product offerings and limitations

Act as a primary point of contact and subject matter expert for Crisis24's intelligence functions in India:

Understand and be able to communicate the full spectrum of Crisis24's intelligence capabilities Provide interdepartmental intelligence support and expertise Support account managers in scoping and delivering client projects Take part in client engagements Triage and support client requests Provide backfill support as required across Crisis24's intelligence functions

Experience

Bachelor's degree required; Masters' degree or equivalent experience is preferred 5+ years' of experience in intelligence analysis, threat assessment, incident response, or a related field required Customer service experience required Experience managing direct reports required; experience leading an intelligence or security team preferred

Skills

Excellent research, writing, and verbal briefing skills Excellent analytic skills, including familiarity with analytic techniques Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Knowledge of Google Earth and Maps Effective problem-solving and multi-tasking skills Ability to organize and prioritize work with little supervision Ability to adhere to timelines and deadlines with effective time management skills Excellent relationship management skills with colleagues, subject matter experts, and client contacts Additional language and travel experience preferred

Flexible hours and work days are required to meet Crisis24's core mission Required to be available to travel to client locations as needed Candidates will be asked to pass a background check as well as writing and technology aptitude screenings as a condition of employment
