Our shares are traded on the SIX Swiss Exchange (SIX: MEDX).We are looking for an IP Manager to support our rapidly growing businesses in India and the Asian markets for all our business segments, particularly in our Drug Delivery, Dental and Industry business segments. The IP Manager will work at the interface and bridge the communication and collaboration between medmix technology, sales and marketing personnel in India, medmix management in India and Switzerland and external IP service providers on various activities such as patent filings and prosecution and F-t-O searches and analyses concerning technologies developed and/or commercialized in India. The position will take place in our India offices of Haselmeier India Private Limited in Bengaluru.

• Assist in drafting patent applications and in their prosecution at the Indian Office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs & Trade Marks
• Instruct external attorneys in the prosecution, maintenance, defense, and enforcement of our IP rights
• Protect our inventions by working closely with and advising our product development and management teams
• Take care of maintaining internal IP databases, monitoring competitor IP and conducting IP trainings
• Responsible for monitoring and the management of new and important IP cases in India
• Assist in submitting third party observations, patent oppositions, as well as defending against them
• Audit of the \xe2\x80\x9eFreedom-to-Operate\xe2\x80\x9c (FtO) for new internal developments and products
• Support the monitoring and enforcement of our IP rights, as well as resolving IP disputes with third parties
• Based on an understanding of business needs, facilitating the development of appropriate IP solutions

• You already have a technical degree in mechanical engineering and are in a well-advanced educational level or you have successfully completed your studies in patent engineering or patent law, and you wish to work as an IP Manager at a dynamic, diverse and growing industrial company
• Ability to work accurate and with the necessary passion especially within complicated work tasks
• Willingness to proactively work in teams
