Vertiv - Integration Support Specialist The Integration Support Specialist is the critical interface to our internal customers. This requires an individual able to work equally well in a large cross-functional or independently as required by the current situation. This position requires a unique blend of technical acumen and interpersonal skills. The individual must be dedicated to work issues to completion. This position covers US working hours. Qualifications Basic Technical bachelor\'s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. One to three years of IT operations support experience Must have strong communication skills Preferred Experience writing troubleshooting documentation for a larger team Experience supporting Oracle cloud and on-premise systems Experience supporting Microsoft cloud and on-premise systems Experience supporting integration and automation systems
